MEET BRIAN

I started working as a Marine Technician, certified w/Mercury & Mercury Racing. I moved into Real Estate, working with my friends Bobby & Julie Lewis for a change after 13 years of turning wrenches.

Now on my own in my 13th year as a full-time REALTOR here on Arizona’s west coast., I’ve been doing what I love: helping new families enjoy what we offer along the Colorado River in Parker & Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

The river has been my life’s saving grace, especially the Parker Strip. I have spent most of my free time there away from SoCal since the late 80s, and I’ve been a full-time resident in the area since 2005. I have excellent knowledge of all the Parker Strip communities and all they have to offer vacationers and residents. Being an avid boater and water sports enthusiast, both semi-professionally and for recreation, this is paradise. The river is very special to my wife, daughter, and me.

I would highly recommend Brian Vesley as a realtor. Because I’m an out-of-state seller who used the home in the winter, when I decided to sell in July 2021, Brian went above and beyond my expectations when he washed the windows and put the home in good order to sell it. During the listing period, he also checked on the home from time to time. We found out his suggested listing price was spot on at the time we received the buyer’s appraisal report, which demonstrates his knowledge of the market. The contingency offer on my home turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, with my buyer dealing with multiple buyers for his property who backed out. Brian brilliantly navigated me through the process, always kept me informed as to what was happening with the buyer, always advocated on my behalf. My home and I were in extremely professional, capable and caring hands during the process of the sale, and I can’t imagine that there would be anyone who would have outperformed or represented my interests any better than Brian.
